My friend uses a walker and getting around Versailles with it was challenging. The place was crowded and the guide pressed on without us as it was a group tour. We had to traverse stairs a couple of times. I think a self directed tour might have made more sense. People were kind and helped us and we did see Versailles for which we are grateful. Most sights in Paris are difficult to see if you are a person with a disability. Love Paris and with creativity and kind visitors we had a good visit.

overall the tour was fair at best. The palace was packed and I know not the tour guide fault. However the process was a complete fiasco getting into the palace. The guide had to go into the palace multiple times to get the right amount of tickets. This wasted a lot of time. I not sure what lines we "skipped" because we were packed into an area with a lot of people all jocking for a place in line to get in. The gudes headphone and microphone didn't work well or at all. Could barely hear him over the crowd noise because the headset device they gave us did not work well. The "half day" tour tuned out to be about 2 hours at the palace and gardens. The guide was interrupted many times by other guest who wanted to leave the tour, so he had to stop the tour and collect their headphone deice, which took away a lot of time.

we booked a small tour in Spanish, ended up in a big one in English. They helped us join another group, but not all staff was helpful, a young man guide in particular very rude. Also, audio is pretty bad. for 3 people we paid almost 500 euros this is RIDICULOUS
