Customer will receive a receipt for the purchase and a booking confirmation that is required to show on an electronic device or print out and bring when joining the tour/s, the customer will also receive a booking number that is required if needed to change or cancel the booking.

If a trip is canceled with more than 24-hour notice a full refund is given.
