In case of no sighting of the dolphins, no refund will be provided. If it is not possible to snorkel for safety reasons, the excursion will continue looking for dolphins with the cost of the ticket unchanged.

In case of cancellation due to bad sea conditions, a mechanical issue or the minimum number of people missing, you can choose another date if available or a full refund. Other conditions that could occasionally lead to the cancellation are mechanical breakdowns or personnel health problems and requests for monitoring intervention for protecting cetaceans that cannot be postponed and are in conflict with the tour's date.
