Today, we'll leave Slovenia behind and journey to Croatia's capital, Zagreb. After a scenic train ride, we'll embark on a guided walking tour to explore the city's blend of Austro-Hungarian architecture and socialist buildings. Highlights include the Gothic Zagreb Cathedral and the 13th-century Saint Mark's Church. After checking into our hotel, enjoy a traditional Croatian dinner.

Today, we'll venture out of the city to the stunning Plitvice National Park. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to 16 interconnecting lakes, cascading waterfalls, and a diverse range of wildlife. After a day of exploration, we'll return to Zagreb for a relaxing evening.

This morning, we'll embark on a journey to Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The journey offers stunning mountain scenery as we pass through Bosnia and Herzegovina. Upon arrival in Sarajevo in the late afternoon, we'll check into our hotel and prepare for the next day's exploration.

Today, we'll delve into the history of Sarajevo. We'll visit the Eternal Flame, a memorial to those who lost their lives during the war, and the City Hall, a stunning example of Austro-Hungarian architecture. The afternoon is yours to explore at your own pace. You might choose to visit the Tunnel Museum, which depicts life during the Sarajevo Siege in 1992-1995.

Today, we'll travel to Mostar, a city known for its Ottoman past and the iconic Stari Most (Old Bridge). After checking into our hotel, we'll embark on a guided walking tour to explore the city's bazaar, mosque, and old city. The rest of the day is yours to explore at your leisure.

We'll start our day early, heading to Podgorica, Montenegro, via Dubrovnik, Croatia, and the Bay of Kotor. We'll spend some time exploring the Old Town of Dubrovnik and the old Mediterranean port of Kotor before continuing to Podgorica for the night.

Today, we'll travel to Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. We'll take a bus to Prijepolje, then board a train for one of the most scenic rail routes in Europe. Enjoy breathtaking views of gorges, canyons, and snow-capped mountains as we journey to Belgrade. Upon arrival, we'll check into our hotel and prepare for the next day's exploration.

Today, we'll take a day trip to Novi Sad, Serbia's second-largest city. We'll explore the city's main points of interest, including the historic Petrovaradin Fortress, the Greek school, and the Orthodox cathedral. After a day of exploration, we'll return to Belgrade for a traditional Serbian barbeque dinner with live music.

We'll start the day with a guided walking tour of Belgrade, visiting the Belgrade Fortress and Kalemegdan Park. After lunch, we'll board a private bus for the journey to Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia. Upon arrival, we'll check into our hotel and prepare for the next day's exploration.

Our orientation tour will include highlights such as the fortress, the 12th-century Old Bazaar, and the Holocaust Museum. The afternoon is yours to explore at your own pace. We'll end the day with a traditional North Macedonian dinner.

Today, we'll journey to the ancient Macedonian city of Heraclea. We'll start with a train journey to Bitola, then drive to our hotel before embarking on a guided walking tour of Bitola. In the afternoon, we'll visit ancient Heraclea, a city dating back to the 4th century BC. After a day of exploration, enjoy a traditional North Macedonian dinner in Bitola.

Today, we'll drive through the beautiful Galicica National Park to Ohrid. Along the way, we'll visit the Saint Naum Monastery, one of the most photographed places in the country. Upon arrival in Ohrid, we'll take a guided tour of the historic town and enjoy a boat trip on Lake Ohrid. The day ends with a traditional fish supper.

We'll begin our journey to Pristina, the capital of Kosovo, with a visit to the Saint Jovan Bigorski Monastery. We'll also stop in the Mavrovo National Park, home to North Macedonia's highest mountain, Mount Korab. Upon arrival in Pristina, we'll check into our hotel and prepare for the final day of our tour.

Our unforgettable journey through the Balkans comes to an end today in Pristina. Depending on the time of your flight, you might choose to explore more of the city, visit the Emin Gjiku Ethnographic Museum, or stop by Pristina's first microbrewery, Sabaja Craft Brewery, for a local tipple.
