We are really thankful to have find this luggage porter service. The steps in Dubrovnik Old town is too tough for us to drag our luggages.

They sent two porter boys to carry 5 luggages from Zamanjina ulica to Buza Gate. Both the porter boys came on time. Very polite and efficient.

We highly recommend using their service.

Super friendly, nice people, on time, professional and careful. Our bags were up a lot of stairs and heavy, this made the job easy (for us) and Harry the porter did a wonderful job. The driver who took us to the airport was also perfectly on time and friendly. Clean and modern, comfortable, car and even got some local knowledge along the route to the airport which is always nice.

Very good and reliable service! Right next to the shuttle drop off. We will visit again next time. Prices are very reasonable.

This is a brilliant business model! I found out about it by seeing a man walking on the main street with a logo'd cart - and called immediately. The price is incredibly reasonable for the intensity of the stairs in Dubrovnik, and how hard it is to carry heavy luggage up and down. I got very quick responses to my emails, and our porters arrived early the day we needed them. Early on a very early morning meet up! They were quick, efficient and professional. I would recommend this service to anyone I know traveling to Dubrovnik!

These guys are AWESOME!!! We had an early flight and 90+ stairs and way too much luggage. They were there on time, got us our airport transfer, and lugged the luggage. Highly recommend!

We had an evening flight so needed to store our bags for the day. We noticed the Baggage and Smile sign by Ploce Gate in Dubrovnik so decided to leave our bags with them. Harry was a jewel as far as reassuring us that our bags are in good hands and providing a very reasonable rate. His associate Ronny was wonderful as well. Highly recommend for all services.

This was a must if you are going to Dubrovnik. The service was great and amazing. Our cab driver from the port was so personable and we could not have done it without the porters. If you are staying in Dubrovnik get the porter services. It is worth every penny for the multitude of stairs. They were the best!

I cannot express enough how helpful the luggage porters in Dubrovnik were! They expertly transported our heavy suitcases from our accommodation in the Old Town to the taxi rank outside the city walls, saving us a lot of hassle. The two men who handled our luggage were extremely kind and polite, making the whole experience stress-free. Their service was efficient, professional, and absolutely essential in navigating the cobblestone streets with heavy bags. We’re so grateful for their help and highly recommend this service to anyone staying in Dubrovnik’s Old Town!

Brilliant!! Wish we had known of this service before we arrived into Dubrovnik Old Town and climbed several 100 steps with luggage. Thank goodness I asked at Tourist Information before departing. Baggage and Smile carried our luggage down and out of the Old Town & just for €15 per piece- fabulous offering, a game changer!
