Experience year-round skiing in the heart of Copenhagen at CopenHill, an innovative clean energy power plant topped with a unique rooftop ski slope. Glide down environmentally friendly plastic surfaces while enjoying sweeping views of Denmark’s vibrant capital from 85 meters above the city.
Upon arrival, check in at the ski-rental station where your lift pass and all necessary gear, including helmet, skis, boots, and poles, will be ready for you. The ski session lasts about one hour, giving you plenty of time to explore the different slope levels and take in the cityscape.
CopenHill offers three distinct slope levels to suit all abilities. Beginners can start on the blue and green pistes at the middle and bottom sections, while advanced skiers can challenge themselves on the steeper black and red upper slope. There's also a slalom course, freestyle park, and a dedicated children’s area.
The lift system features three magic carpet lifts for easy access to the lower slopes and a plate lift for the upper section. Skiing on the plastic surface uses the same techniques as snow, but it’s recommended to start slow and get comfortable with the unique feel for safety.
Lockers are not available on site, so pack light for your visit. Multiple restaurants are available for food and drinks after your ski session. Secure your spot now and discover Copenhagen’s most exciting urban adventure—availability is limited, so book today!
