Finland – Arctic Adventure with Northern Lights & Glass Igloo

Welcome to Rovaniemi, the official hometown of Santa Claus! After settling into your hotel, prepare for an exciting evening of Northern Lights hunting in the forest. Enjoy a traditional Lappish campfire barbecue under the Kota or Lávvu, and if we're lucky, witness the magical Northern Lights. Overnight stay in Rovaniemi.

After breakfast, we'll head to the Ranua Wildlife Park, home to approximately 50 wild animal species, including the majestic polar bears. Spend the day observing these Arctic animals in their natural environment. Overnight stay in Rovaniemi.

Today, we journey from Rovaniemi to Luosto, where we'll visit the Amethyst Mine and dig for our own precious stones. We then head to the peaceful village of Saariselkä, known for its stunning scenery and the Urho Kekkonen National Park. In the evening, we'll hunt for the Northern Lights atop the Kaunispää hill. Overnight stay in Rovaniemi.

Travel from Saariselkä to Inari, the largest municipality in Finland, rich in unique nature and diverse culture. Visit the Sámi Museum to learn about the Finnish Sámi culture. After a buffet lunch, we return to Rovaniemi for another exciting evening of Northern Lights hunting. Overnight stay in Rovaniemi.

Today, we'll visit the Santa Claus Village for a private meeting with Santa Claus himself. Enjoy husky and reindeer sleigh rides, and don't forget to send postcards from Santa's Post Office. After lunch, we'll explore the Arktikum Museum to learn more about Lapland's culture. In the evening, join us for another hunt for the Northern Lights. Overnight stay in Rovaniemi.

Start the day with an unforgettable snowshoeing experience, followed by ice fishing on a frozen lake. Tonight, you'll check into a local Igloo accommodation, where you can relax under the starry sky. Enjoy a traditional Finnish sauna experience, and if we're lucky, witness the Northern Lights dancing above us. Overnight stay in an Arctic Glass Igloo.

After breakfast, we'll visit the incredible Arctic Snowcastle, a marvel of snow and ice architecture. Learn about the construction and maintenance of the Snowcastle, and explore its ice bar, ice restaurant, and snow hotel. After the tour, we'll drop you off at your departure point for your return journey.
