Rovaniemi: Apukka Husky Adventure

Es hat Spaß gemacht mit den Huskies zu fahren. Unsere Hunde waren leider etwas langsam und sind immer zurück gefallen. Das Fahren selbst war ganz einfach und hätte sogar noch länger sein können. Zwei unserer Hunde haben sich öfters gestritten, was bei der Fahrt etwas störend war. Dann sind wir noch zu den Welpen. das war auch sehr schön.

Very disappointed, we were in a group with one adult and 2 children. They had 6 dogs and the adult was on the break all the time as we -2 adults had 5 dogs and my partner spent a good 4km running with them! Was not an enjoyable experience, then to top off our disappointment, we were taken back to the meeting point as the bus was leaving! It would have been nice to be given the option to leave and catch the earlier bus or stay and play with Labrador puppies.. we would have left we have a dog at home! We then had to sit and wait one hour for the next bus.

For a first approach to sled dogs absolutely recommended.

Beautiful experience, definitely worth it! It's wonderful to be taken by dog sled, the route is quite long and very beautiful! At the end of the tour you can be in closer contact with the huskies, truly beautiful. Very kind and thorough guide in his explanations; at the end he also took us to the puppies, the icing on the cake.

Magical! Magical! Magical! The guides are great and especially Risto, who loves his job very much and is passionate. What could be better for the balance of the huskies. The ride is magnificent.

Super nice tour! Our guide Anna is very loving with the dogs! You can drive the sled yourself and get lots of information about the dogs. Petting is of course included :)

We were really excited about the tour. The guides explained everything to us very well and in detail, so we weren't afraid of doing something "wrong". The dogs are super cute and very trusting. After the tour we were given a hot drink and were allowed to visit the puppies for a short while.
