8 Days in France

After a delightful breakfast, we'll take a short stroll along the famous Promenade des Anglais in Nice. We'll then journey to the charming coastal town of Saint Maxime, where we'll explore its historic center and the 16th-century Square Tower. A scenic boat ride across the bay brings us to the glamorous Saint Tropez, known for its luxurious yachts. After some free time for lunch, we'll continue to Marseille, the culturally diverse second city of France.

We'll leave Lyon after breakfast and head to Burgundy. Our first stop is Tournus, a charming town known for its immense stone gate and grand abbey. We'll then travel to Beaune, a prominent city in the Burgundy wine region, where we'll have time for lunch. Our next stop is the 15th-century Savigny Castle, home to some extraordinary museums. We'll end the day in Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, known for its medieval and Renaissance architecture.

After breakfast, we'll visit the World Heritage Site of Fontenay Abbey, a center of the Cistercian order. We'll then explore Semur en Auxois, a medieval city with impressive walls. Still in Burgundy, we'll have lunch in Vezelay, one of the most beautiful towns in France, known for its immense basilica. In the afternoon, we'll continue our journey to Paris, arriving in the middle of the afternoon.

Today, we'll visit the majestic Palace of Versailles, where you can explore its beautiful gardens or visit its interior. Around noon, we'll return to Paris and visit the bohemian neighborhood of Montmartre, known for its open-air artists and small restaurants. After lunch, we'll take a panoramic tour of Paris with a local guide before returning to the hotel.

After breakfast, you'll have a free day to explore Paris at your own pace. Visit the iconic Louvre Museum, stroll through the elegant Tuileries, or simply relax at a local café. Don't miss the chance to see the famous Eiffel Tower, the Sacre Coeur, and the Palais Royal. This is your day to enjoy the City of Lights as you wish.
