Welcome to Paris, the world's most romantic city. Arrive by 2:30 pm and board your Suite Ship. Spend the day exploring the city at your own pace, perhaps shopping, strolling, or enjoying a croissant and café au lait. As the evening falls, we set sail for Vernon. Dinner will be served on board.
Day 2 – Day 2: Vernon to Caudebec

Start your day with a visit to Vernon's Chateau des Tourelles or take a guided tour of Giverny, the home of impressionist painter Claude Monet. Alternatively, visit the magnificent Bizy Castle. Enjoy a traditional French luncheon on board as we cruise to the picturesque town of Les Andelys. Here, you can hike up to the ruins of Château Gaillard or take a guided walking tour of the town. We then continue our cruise to Caudebec, where we will spend the night.

Today, you can choose to relax with a bike ride along the river or take a guided trip along the Normandy Abbeys Route, home to over 100 medieval Benedictine and Augustine abbeys and churches. In the afternoon, you have the option to visit the old seaside town of Honfleur. We will dock overnight in Caudebec.

Join a guided tour of Normandy's WWII landing beaches, including Omaha Beach, the Pointe du Hoc monument, and the American Cemetery. Alternatively, take a full-day guided tour of the British and Canadian commemorative sites or join 'A Taste of Normandy' guided tour for an in-depth look at this rich agricultural region. Visit the famous Bayeux Tapestry, the beautiful village of Beuvron en Auge, and taste Calvados at a local distillery. In the evening, we cruise to Rouen.

You may also choose to join a guided optional excursion to the Palace of Versailles. We then cruise to Paris.

Spend the rest of the day at your leisure, perhaps strolling through Paris or lingering over wine in a literary café on the Left Bank. We will dock overnight in Paris.
