It was such a treat to learn about Versailles from Sendhil. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and had a good sense of humor. Despite a fire alarm causing us to evacuate Versailles temporarily, he continued to tell us really interesting information about Louis XIV, Louis XV, and Louis XVI and their lives at the palace.

It's a bit expensive especially since 2 rooms in Versailles were closed: the chapel and the battle room which are 2 important rooms. Obviously the castle had not informed our guide. We would have liked to have had the opportunity to see other rooms as replacements. Our guide was very interesting and knew his subject perfectly. We really liked his performance
