Bikes are unisex, 27 gears (or 30-speed if you have booked with the supplement) in various sizes equipped with a pannier and handlebar bag. A repair kit and lock are also included.

Electric (ebikes) are available on request - supplement applies - and must be pre-booked.

Helmet rental is not included - please bring your own.

Flat tyres can happen. You can repair these yourself using the included repair kit. You will be provided with a repair voucher for small repairs of up to 20 Euro. If the problem is more serious, please contact our local partner.

Insurance against theft and damage for the rental bikes is included in your tour price.

If you have a problem with your bike, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible to avoid any further inconvenience. Of course negligence and the failure to properly secure your bike when unattended would obviously void this insurance.

In the case of a puncture the assumption is that you can repair. You will be given a puncture repair kit, to fix the issue.
