Take the bus to Arthurhaus, where you'll start your walking tour down to the Salzach Valley. Follow the old miners path to the fantastic Fortress of Hohenwerfen. You can choose to climb up the castle hill to see the bird-of-prey flight demonstrations and the collection of weapons. Afterwards, take a train to the town of Golling.

Hike up to the peak of Jenner for a panoramic view of the entire tour. Follow a trail through the former arch bishop hunting valley to the 'wall', surrounded by steep stone walls. The trail continues up to the alpine pastures and to the frontier of Austria and Germany. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and a comfortable ride down into the valley by cable car. Don't forget to look out for the 'Eagle's Nest'.
