Winter Ticket: November - February
In Winter (November to February), opening hours are from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. The last entry is at 4:30 p.m. All animal houses (including the aquarium) close 15 minutes before closing time.
Summer Ticket: March - October
In Summer (March to October), opening hours are from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. The last entry is at 5:30 p.m. All animal houses (including the aquarium) also close, when the entry closes.

If the disabled badge is marked B, their accompanying person does not pay an entry fee (the accompanying person must be a minimum age of 13) Wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge.
