We didn't know it was extra for the addition of the tour..the site didn't really show that...but the Tour guide was Excellent.he knew a lot....my wife is still talking about it..

Beautiful day nice drive and lots of history in the castle . Our guide Gunter was fantastic, the castle was interesting and the town charming. I had a very German lunch and enough tine to get a souvenir

It is a nice day trip and the tourguide was very knowledgeable. Heidelberg is a nice city and it was also an opportunity to see some of the countryside.

My husband and I took the Heidelberg Castle and city tour with Michael as our guide, and it was an amazing experience. The castle was my favorite part of the tour, and Michael’s incredible knowledge made it even more special. He knows every inch of the castle’s history, sharing details that other guides might not have known. Those little insights were fascinating, and I feel so lucky to have learned them.
Also, we loved the downtime in the town. Many times on tours, you don’t get enough of that, but this one was perfectly balanced. We visited coffee shops, explored stores, and tried so many desserts in town on our own! 10/10 rating. Hands down, Michael was absolutely great. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and are so grateful to him for making the end of our trip so memorable.

The trip was very good, it was a small group of 7 people but the van was very comfortable. The guide, Gunther, was very knowledgeable and attentive, awnsering all of our questions and explaining everything really well.

Overall good experience. Gunther was knowledgeable and provided good context on history. It was cold so there is a fair amount of being outside so dress warmly,
