Please make sure you visit Sansoucci during the time displayed on our ticket. The New Palace can only be visited on a guided tour. Please go to the Visitor's Center at the New Palace to get a seperate ticket with the guided tour time. The New Palais in Sanssouci Park which is closed on Tuesdays January 1-March 31/November 1-December 31, Tuesday-Sunday, 10:00 AM-4:30 PM April 1-October 31, Tuesday-Sunday, 10:00 AM-5:30 PM The last entry is 30 minutes before closing time Tickets are non-refundable and can't be rebooked. Reduced tickets will only be accepted with appropriate proof at the entrance. Reduced tickets are available for school children, students, trainees, participants in the Federal Volunteers (BFD) or the Freiwillige Soziale Jahr (FSJ, voluntary social year) programs, severely disabled persons (with a degree of disability (GdB) of at least 50%), as well as recipients of “Arbeitslosengeld I” unemployment benefits. Proper identification must be shown for reductions to apply
