Please make sure you visit Sansoucci during the time displayed on our ticket. The New Palais can only be visited on a guided tour. Please go to the Visitor's Center at the New Palace to get a seperate ticket with the guided tour time. 1 January ‒ 31 March / 1 November ‒ 31 December Tuesday – Sunday, 10:00 am ‒ 4:30 pm Monday: Schloss Sanssouci closed Tuesday: Neues Palais closed 1 April ‒ 31 October Tuesday – Sunday, 10:00 am ‒ 5:30 pm New: The New Palace can be visited from 1 May to 31 October 2020 after booking a fixed admission time. Tuesday: Neues Palais closed (Wed – Mon: 10 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.) Reduced tickets available for school children, students, trainees, participants in the Federal Volunteers (BFD) or the Freiwillige Soziale Jahr (FSJ, voluntary social year) programs, severely disabled persons (with a degree of disability (GdB) of at least 50%), as well as recipients of “Arbeitslosengeld I” unemployment benefits. Proper identification must be shown for reductions to apply
