Enjoyed historic walking tour with Matej so much, we did the St Pauli walk in the afternoon. He was so passionate and interested in the topics that you wanted to hear more. Definitely recommend!!
Started at Rathaus, finished that tour by the Portugese area. Went for a very quick lunch then on for the next tour at 2pm by Hard Rock Cafe near the river.
2 absolutely contrasting tours, the 2nd being more political and socially informative, going near the river and then thr Reeperbahn areas etc. Really something for everyone on one tour or the other.
Matej was fun, informative and answered all our questions, involving all on the tour.

What an absolute brilliant place to visit. Stunning buildings, so much character and in our free time we had a chance to explore the local market and shops. We had a lovely walk along the river and had a coffee in an amazing little coffee shop

Victor was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Hamburg and made everyone on the tour feel welcome. At no time did we feel rushed and he took the time to explain various points of interest clearly and thoroughly (with a qwerky sense of humour). I also liked how he made it clear at the start there was an expectation of some payment at the end depending on how much you enjoyed the tour.

Fantastic walking tour with Matej. Such an insightful introduction to Hamburg’s history. The tour is definitely worth it and Matej’s motivation and spirit did well to take our minds off the cold. 100% recommend.
