Step into the heart of Mykonos for an intimate Greek cooking class, led by local food blogger and culinary enthusiast Angelina. You'll discover time-honored Mykonian and Greek recipes, using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from the island and surrounding waters.
During this hands-on experience, Angelina will guide you through the art of working with filo dough, teaching you to create savory feta parcels with honey and sesame or classic spanakopita, as well as the simplest, most delicious baklava. You'll also prepare a main dish or vibrant salad, all while enjoying a glass of ouzo.
As you cook, Angelina shares stories and insights into Cycladic island gastronomy, offering a genuine taste of Mykonian culture. The experience concludes with a home-cooked feast, featuring meze, Greek salad, a hearty main course with vegetable sides, and a sweet dessert, served with local wine.
This private class lasts about three hours and is available in both Greek and English. For smaller groups, the venue is Angelina's charming Chora home, a short walk from the Sea Bus or taxi drop-off. Larger groups enjoy return transportation to her Lia home, ensuring a seamless experience.
Angelina hosts these exclusive classes only during the summer months, from May to October, and her availability is limited. Secure your spot now for an unforgettable culinary adventure in Mykonos—spaces fill quickly!
