If you are arriving/departing by flight, airport transfers will be included. If you arrive/depart by train or other means, please note that you will need to transfer on your own to the hotel/station using public transportation or by taking a cab.

Intercity Transfers

- Intercity transfers are included where indicated. Train/bus tickets or passes will be provided in standard class (2nd class).

Transfers from hotel to train station/bus station and vice versa are NOT included, either you can use public transportation or haul a cab (Uber/Bolt etc.) easily for the same.

Hotels will be 3* and you can be assured of the quality of the properties, as we partner only with hotels which meet the following criteria - Overall and Location Rating >=8.0/10 on booking.com and Overall Rating >=4.0/5 on TripAdvisor and >=4.0 on Google. All hotels are centrally located and well connected by public transportation which will make sure your commuting time and costs are minimal

Note: City Taxes on hotels is excluded and must be paid at the time of check-in directly to the hotel. It varies from 2-7 EUR per person per night

Please note that European hotel rooms are often more compact and may not include all amenities, such as electric kettles or elevators. However, they do ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Cool air-conditioning in Europe is often limited to 5°C under the ambient outside temperature (so if it is 30°C outside, the AC won't cool below 25°C). In Switzerland, most hotels will not have cool air conditioning at all. However, all hotels are centrally heated.

Check in and check out time across Europe will be 3:00 PM and 11:00 AM. However, if you arrive in a city earlier or depart later, you can store your bags with the hotel free of charge.

Detailed instruction to carry out the itinerary will be sent and an interactive online session to walk you through the detailed itinerary and answer questions will be held before departure. This will ensure you feel confident and fully prepared for your self exploratory journey. Priority assistance and guidance will be available over phone and WhatsApp throughout the trip, if needed.

What happens once you book:

- Our team will contact you over WhatsApp

- A detailed instruction to carry out the itinerary along with all the vouchers shall be shared with you over email 3-4 weeks before departure (If the booking is received closer to departure, the same will be shared within 10 days of the booking)

- An interactive online session 3-4 weeks before departure to walk you through the detailed itinerary and answer questions. This session helps ensure that you feel confident and fully prepared for your self exploratory journey

- Priority assistance and guidance will be available over phone and WhatsApp throughout the trip

The following are the inclusions in this tour:

- Private pick up and drop from the airport for the party. There will be enough space for one medium size checked bag per passenger and one small cabin bag

- 3 star hotel with breakfast (no other meals are included)

- Day 1: Arrival - Drop to the hotel from the airport by a private cab

- Day 1: Danube River Cruise - The ticket for your entry in the Cruise will be provided.

- Day 2: Walking tour of Budapest with a guide. This tour works on tips and you are expected to tip between at least Euro 5 to 10 for 2 people.

- Day 2: Thermal Baths - The full day entry pass at the spa is included. Your voucher will give you access to the complex. Don't forget to carry your swimwear. (swimwear can also be hired or purchased at the Baths).

- Day 3: Transfer to Vienna - You will be transfered to Vienna by train

- Vienna 48 hour pass will be provided to you by us

- Day 3: Vienna Giant Ferris Wheel - The Prater amusement park has some other rides too. Entry to the park is free and in case you want to use some rides, you need to purchase tickets for them. This is itinerary includes the admission ticket of the Giant Ferris Wheel. Your ticket is valid for the entire day. Your vouchers act as skip the line tickets for the activity. The tickets are valid for one full round on the wheel which lasts approximately 20 mins.

- Day 4: Vienna in a Day - This is a self guided tour.You will be provided with information on key attractions in the city, and you can use it to explore the city by yourself using the 48 hour pass. (Entrance tickets to attractions are not included).

- Day 5: Transfer to Prague- You will be transfered to Budapest by train

- Day 6: Cruise on River Vltava - The cost of the ticket to get on this boat is included. Simply show your voucher and board the boat

- Day 7: Walking Tour of Prague with a guide (2-2.5 hours duration). You will be expected to tip the guide, approximately 5-10 EUR per person is standard

- Day 7: Prague Castle skip the line entry tickets (only entry tickets are included, there is no guide. You have to reach the castle gates and enter using your tickets. Then you will have the entire day to explore the buildings till closing time)

- Day 8: Departure - drop to the airport from hotel by private cab.
