Welcome to Iceland! Upon your arrival at Keflavik Airport, you'll be transferred to Reykjavik, the country's vibrant capital. Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to explore the city, visit a local geothermal pool, or simply relax at your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely dinner at one of the city's many restaurants or cafes. Overnight stay in Reykjavik.

Start your day with a visit to the Northern Lights Center in Reykjavik before heading to the Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you'll visit the site of the world's oldest parliament and Iceland's largest lake. We'll then proceed to the town of Laugarvatn, located in a geothermal area, where you'll taste hot rye bread served with delicious Icelandic butter. Our journey continues to the Geysir geothermal area, home to the famous Strokkur geyser, and the two-tiered Gullfoss waterfall. We'll end the day with an overnight stay in the Selfoss region.

Today, we'll explore the South Coast, one of Iceland's most beautiful regions. Our first stop is the Lava Center in Hvolsvollur, where you'll learn about Iceland's volcanic activity. We'll then visit the Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss waterfalls, followed by a walk along the Reynisfjara black sand beach. Our journey continues through the region of Myrdalsjökull glacier, the fourth largest glacier in Iceland, until reaching the Kirkjubæjarklaustur region for an overnight stay.
Day 5 – Day 5: Visit to Vatnajokull National Park and Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon

Today, we'll visit the Vatnajokull National Park and the Jokulsarlon glacier lagoon. Enjoy the stunning view of icebergs floating in the lagoon and the mesmerizing Diamond Beach, where icebergs rest on the black sand. We'll also visit the Skaftafell region, known for its natural beauty, and observe Svinafellsjokull, one of the most beautiful glacier tongues. After an unforgettable day, we'll return to the hotel in the Kirkjubæjarklaustur region for dinner and overnight stay.

We'll start our day with a visit to Hveragerdi, a unique town located directly on top of a geothermal area. Known as 'the village of flowers', Hveragerdi is famous for its many greenhouses heated by geothermal energy. We'll then travel through the Reykjanes peninsula, a UNESCO heritage geopark, and end our day with a relaxing bath in the famous Blue Lagoon, a unique natural wonder located in the middle of a vast lava field. We'll return to Reykjavik for an overnight stay.

Spend your day exploring the charming city of Reykjavik. Visit the Settlement Museum, where you can observe the excavation of a Viking house, or experience Iceland's hidden nature in an unusual way at FlyOver Iceland. Stroll along the city's main shopping street, discover its art galleries, craft and design stores, or relax at one of the local geothermal pools. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon in the northernmost capital of the world before spending your last night in Reykjavik.

After breakfast, prepare for your departure. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for some last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Please note that the transfer to Keflavik International Airport is not included, but we'll be happy to assist you in arranging a shared or private transfer. We recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight departure. Safe travels!
