We depart from Dublin, heading north towards Belfast in Northern Ireland. On our way, we visit the Listoke Distillery for a tour and tasting experience, learning about the art of distilling and the history of the Gin School. Upon arrival in Belfast, we embark on a panoramic tour of the Falls and Shankill Roads, understanding the impact of The Troubles on the city. The evening is yours to explore Belfast's culinary scene, with options ranging from the century-old Robinson's Bistro to the upscale Deanes. Overnight at Ten Square Hotel, Belfast (or similar).
