Kickstart your journey at Marley Park, a beautifully maintained public park in Rathfarnham, South County Dublin. As you ascend into the Dublin hills, you'll be rewarded with stunning views of Dublin city and coastline. Traverse through forestry tracks and rocky paths around Fairy Castle and Glencullen Forest, before ending your day at the charming village of Enniskerry.

After a hearty breakfast, continue your journey through Crone Wood and alongside the Powerscourt Waterfall in the Powerscourt Deerpark. The trail leads you into the Dargle Valley and around Djouce Mountain, before passing the scenic Lough Tay and ending your day at Roundwood.

Start your day from Roundwood and walk along quiet country roads onto Paddock Hill, a bird sanctuary for The Irish Red Grouse. Enjoy the scenic views as you traverse from one valley into the next, passing through forest trails with Scot Pines, Norwegian Spruce, and European Larch trees. The day ends at the 6th-century monastic city of Glendalough.

Starting from the Glendalough valley, join the trail alongside the lower lake towards the upper one. The trail, known locally as the Spinc, offers breathtaking views of the upper lake and the whole valley. Follow the trail around Mullacor mountain and into the historic valley of Glenmalure, the site of many famous battles.
