After breakfast, we'll head to the beautiful city of Monreale, home to the imposing Arab-Norman Cathedral, a masterpiece of European architecture. We'll then return to Palermo, a city rich in history and gastronomy. Here, we'll visit the stunning Cathedral, the Chiesa della Martorana, and the Palatine Chapel. We'll also stop at a historic focacceria for a delightful gastronomic surprise. The day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay in Palermo.

Today, we'll journey to the picturesque fishing village of Cefalu, renowned for its Norman Cathedral and the Mandralisca Museum. After exploring Cefalu, we'll continue to Catania, a city marked by history and beauty. We'll explore the extinct craters and visit a local beekeeping company for a honey tasting. Next, we'll travel to Taormina, where we'll visit the famous Greco-Roman Theater and enjoy panoramic views of the Cyclops Riviera. The day concludes with a return to our hotel in Catania.

Enjoy a leisurely morning in Catania before we transfer you to the port of Milazzo. From there, we'll embark on a ferry to Lipari, the largest of the Aeolian Islands. After checking into your hotel, spend the rest of the day exploring the island at your own pace. Lipari is known for its obsidian and pumice quarries and its two bays separated by an acropolis. In the evening, savor a delicious dinner at your hotel.

Today, we'll explore the stunning coves of Lipari and the verdant island of Salina. We'll visit the Castle of Lipari, the bay of Monte Rosa, and the town of Santa Marina di Salina. We'll also stop for a swim in the breathtaking bay of Pollara. After a day of exploration, we'll return to our hotel in Lipari for dinner.

After breakfast, we'll embark on a full-day boat trip to the islands of Panarea and Stromboli. We'll visit the pumice caves in Lipari, the Cave of Lovers, and the ancient town of Cabo Milazzese in Panarea. After lunch, we'll continue to Stromboli, where you'll have free time to explore the island's black sand beaches and tranquil streets. We'll then return to our hotel in Lipari.

After breakfast, we'll take a ferry from Lipari to Milazzo and then travel to the beautiful city of Taormina.
