We'll start the day with a visit to the medieval maritime village of Cefalù, where we'll explore its Norman Cathedral and have some free time to visit the famous Mandralisca Museum. Today, we'll visit Etna, Europe's tallest active volcano and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We'll explore the Etna Park, home to a diverse range of flora and protected species. We'll visit the Crateri Silvestri, inactive volcanic cones surrounded by recent lava flows, offering a unique view extending to the Aeolian Islands and Calabria. We'll also visit a beekeeping farm to learn about honey extraction and taste local products. Later, we'll proceed to Taormina, where we'll visit the Greco-Roman theatre and enjoy a stunning view of the Naxos Bay. Overnight in Catania.

We'll start the day with a visit to Syracuse, the largest and most powerful Greek colony in Sicily, where we'll explore the Archaeological Park of Neapolis. We'll then visit the old town center of Ortigia, with its stunning Piazza Duomo and Cathedral. From there, we'll proceed to Noto, the capital of Sicilian baroque, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where we'll admire the local craftsmanship. We'll end the day in Ragusa, where we'll check into our hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we'll explore Ragusa Ibla, with its beautiful churches and the Ibleo Garden. We'll then proceed to Modica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its baroque architecture, where we'll taste local products. Our next stop is Piazza Armerina, where we'll visit the splendid Villa Romana del Casale, a late imperial building and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We'll end the day in Agrigento, where we'll check into our hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

We'll start the day with a visit to the famous Valley of the Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We'll then proceed to Marsala, a city rich in Phoenician, Arab, and Norman history, where we'll enjoy a wine tasting of the local wine. We'll also visit the Via del Sale, a nature reserve with one of the oldest salt mining industries in the world. In the evening, we'll return to Palermo for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we'll visit the town of Erice, located high on Mount San Julian. We'll explore its narrow streets, medieval arches, the historic center, the main church, and the Castle of Venere. In the afternoon, we'll continue to Segesta, where we'll visit the temple and the theater, both dating back to the 3rd century BC.
