Our tour guide was lovely took time to share the amazing history and let us take in the views and take lots of pictures. Even went to find two people from our group that got separated. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to experience and explore the colosseum.

during the tour the group should also be led through the tiberian house, to the upper viewing platforms. or informed about the possibility of staying on the forum and further individual sightseeing.

Absolutely loved this tour, the underground and arena were amazing and it was early enough that it wasn’t crowded yet too! And it was cooler as even in Feb it’s been 16 degrees by the afternoon. Worth paying for a tour than trying to get tickets myself but as it’s so much cheaper to buy tickets myself have deducted 1 star for value. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and everything was well organised. We needed our ID to enter and it says no backpacks but I was fine bringing in my carry on backpack (Osprey day lite plus)

Tour was wonderful and extremely informative. Two groups were combined 1/2 way through, I did feel it made it a little too big, but overall was ok. Would have like a little bit of time to pause and take pictures in certain areas. Maybe the guide could suggest if you would like to take a picture feel free to stop and catch up to us? Loved the headphones and receivers. Made it so much easier to hear the guide with all the crowds.
