Day 1 – Day 1: Arrival in Palermo

Your Sicilian wine tour begins at Palermo airport. From there, you'll be transferred to your hotel. Get ready to explore Palermo with a guided city tour. In the evening, you'll be treated to a welcome dinner, where you'll learn about the trip itinerary and be introduced to Sicilian wines.

After breakfast, we'll head to the Marsala region. We'll stop at the famous Salt Pans of Trapani and Paceco for a private guided tour. Then, we'll continue to the Marsala Wine Route, where we'll visit two wineries, enjoy a private tour of the cellars, and have lunch. We'll spend the night in Marsala, with dinner at our hotel wine resort.

Our journey continues to Sambuca di Sicilia, where we'll visit a beautiful winery. After a wine tasting and light meal, we'll head to Agrigento to visit the Valley of the Temples. We'll meet our local guide and explore this ancient Greek city. We'll spend the night in Agrigento, with dinner at our 4/5 star hotel.
Day 4 – Day 4: Cerasuolo di Vittoria and Ragusa

We'll depart for the Cerasuolo di Vittoria wine region, where we'll visit a winery that uses biodynamics in wine production. After a wine tasting and lunch, we'll continue to our hotel in Ragusa. Later, we'll visit Modica for a tour and chocolate tasting at Antica Dolceria Bonajuto. We'll end the day with a guided tour of Ragusa and dinner at a typical Trattoria Siciliana.

After breakfast, we'll head to the Siracusa/Noto wine region. We'll stop at a winery for a tour and tasting, then continue to Noto for a guided city tour. After lunch in a typical Trattoria Notense, we'll transfer to Siracusa for a market visit and a tour of Ortigia. We'll end the day at our Wine Resort Hotel in Etna, with dinner at the hotel.
Day 6 – Day 6: Mount Etna and Catania

We'll depart from our hotel in off-road vehicles to explore Mount Etna, the highest volcano in Europe. After a typical trattoria lunch near the valley of Etna, we'll head to Catania for a guided city tour. We'll return to our hotel for relaxation and dinner.

After breakfast, we'll visit two wineries in the Etna wine region. We'll learn about the wine making process and taste a variety of wines.
