This tour was great to see the secret passage ways and rooms of the Medici’s - especially interesting was Francesco’s secret chamber with hidden cabinets and doors . We were also able to see above the ceiling of the Grand 500 Hall and the intricate web of timber supports. It would have been good though to have also had a quick tour and information on the rest of the palace which we then had to do in our own after the hour ‘secret’ tour.
