In case of mistakes if the Colosseum tickets controllers deny the access no refund will be provided. In July and August, due to the heat, the duration of the tour is 2 hours. The entrance fee to the archaeological sites is 25 euros, the additional amount covers services provided by experienced licensed guides, audio devices, booking fees and other tourist services. The aim is to promote transparency and ensure your understanding of the cost breakdown. Please note that this tour is not wheelchair accessible.

Our service was cancelled 3 days before due to lack of participants. I had been offered the same service without a guide but with audio, and well the result was that we had a tour where we did it ourselves. I paid €109.80 for a service to have a tour at €36

Tour guide was great and knowledgeable. Tour was well organised and they coped well with last minute changes from Colosseum dates and times. Queues were suprisingly quick! There are two queues: one for Colosseum and one for Roman Forums. I was more interested in Colosseum rather than Roman Forum and Palatine Hill so I would have preferred to do that first and not last. Overall the tour duration could have been lessened, we almost did 3 hours!
