Chiara was a joy. Fun and informative. I wouldn't have enjoyed my visit to the museums half as much without her guidance, support and educational talks. I wish more people tipped her, she worked hard and was very patient too (even with a family who blatantly disregarded ger request to meet back at 10:45). She explained that if people took 10 seconds to look at every piece in the museums, it would take 5 years to see it all. 🤣 So, rather than being overwhelmed and missing most of the poignant pieces, it's definitely worth the tour. Loved St. Peter’s Basilica and Dome tour. I would recommend a few extra stair stepping workout sessions before taking the Dome tour. Fabulous views inside and out. Definitely worth it. The early morning tour was a huge plus, missing the big lines. Small group tour definitely the way to go.
