Latecomers cannot be guaranteed the entrance, and no refund will be provided if you arrive late or do not attend the tour. •The Vatican Museums follow a mandatory dress code, be sure to have your shoulders and knees covered. •Please note that during the Jubilee year the Basilica of Saint Peter may observe unexpected closures. •Disabled visitors receive free entry to the Vatican Museums. Our guide, which is Brazilian, was absolutely brilliant!!! She explained everything in details. Awesome experience. Unfortunately, the Basilica was closed due to the mess.

The title of the tickets was misleading and straight up wrong, we were unable to receive the full experience as advertised. As a result of this we missed out on the main experience that we purchased these tickets for, and we are unable to make it up. It is proving extremely complicated to receive the refund we deserve, and I am upset with how this situation is being handled. The guide for the section of the tour we were able to receive was adequate.
