Amazing!

Elaine was a pleasure to have as our tour guide. Her passion and humor made our tour fun and quite informative. A comprehensive tour, coupled with a thorough summary of the art and artist, including a reference guide and interpretation of the Sistine Chapel’s artwork. I highly recommend Elaine and “What a Life Tours”. You’ll thank me for having recommended.

Amazing!

Elaine was a terrific tour guide, very knowledgeable and fun too! She brought along pictures to help identify the saints in the Last Judgement and identify scenes on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. A very detailed tour at a great pace. Don’t tour Vatican City without a guide! Skip the line is the only way to go! What a Life Tours only 12 in our small group.

Amazing!

Visiting the Vatican for the fourth time gave us a new perspective. The tour was excellent, and the guide, Tonia, was incredibly knowledgeable. We felt that we had learned so much more after our visit.

As you may imagine, the place was bustling on a Saturday (during the Jubilee year). Our guide circumvented most of the crowds and guided us through other venue areas without missing a beat.

Remember to visit the post office inside the Vatican. It is the only place where you can buy stamps depicting the Vatican.

Amazing!

Highly reccomend for any solo travellers. Small group, mine was only 7 people. John made a point to regulalry check everyone was there in a very busy environment. Lots of attention to detail and ability to ask questions. John clearly has expert knowledge of the Vatican and the history of Rome. Very friendly, polite and humorous. Thank you for making what could be very stressful with bug crowd and long queues very enjoyable. We didn't wait more than a few minutes at any of the queue points thanks to be in in the group.
