Great service and driver! We needed a ride from Rome to Civitavecchia for a cruise. Know the train was less money but we wanted more personal ride.

Stefano is an absolute gentleman. Our flight into Ciampino was delayed, but this was no problem to him. Despite the lateness, he offered to make a stop for coffee. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and interesting man, with whom making conversation was very enjoyable. His vehicle was spotlessly clean, which I think is a reflection on Stefano and his business. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour/transfer operator, and if/when we return to Rome, I will certainly book with him again.

Stefano was great. Right on time and was exactly where he was supposed to be. Treated us to cappuccino then made sure we could get our luggage in to the guest house when we arrived too early. Treated us then to croissant and espresso. Will call on him again if needed.

Stefano is a pleasure to work with. His team of professional drivers were punctual, well dressed, professional and easily transported us from Ship terminal to Rome. While the trip was not cheap, it’s about 40% cheaper than Uber (I did a comparison just to check). I think this is purely a demand surge issue and the fact that the port is 75 minutes from Rome. For our large party and a wheelchair, Stefano’s company was a no brainer!

Stefano is fantastic. He constantly stayed in touch to make sure we got picked up even though our tour ran an hour late. Then on the trip to Civitavecchia our son found that he had left his phone on the tour bus. Stefano called and confirmed the phone was on the bus, also headed to Civitavecchia. He coordinated a meeting place and we recovered the phone. 2 days later Stefano picked us up to go back to FCO to fly home. He even bought us an Italian breakfast - coffee and croissants. Very prompt, very welcoming and very good with advice on what to do, where to eat, etc. we are travel advisors and will definitely be using him should any clients need his services in that part of Italy.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience. The communication about the booking was clear and consistent. Our driver arrived promptly and was pleasant and informative during our trip to Civitavecchia.
