This tour is suitable for individuals reasonably fit, ranging in age from 10 to 65. There is no maximum age limit, provided that you are able to handle a roughly 5-kilometer walk in a swampy area with added difficulty.

Walking in bog shoes is not difficult but you need to be reasonably fit to do it.

Neither our company nor your designated tour guide assumes liability for any such incidents that may occur during the tour. Hence, we strongly recommend that you ensure adequate insurance coverage, including provisions for adventure activities, prior to participating in the tour.

The total duration of the tour (around 5 hours) includes the transfer time from Riga and Jūrmala, which is approx. 45 minutes one way from Riga and 15 minutes from Jurmala.
