Upon arrival at Fort Manoel, you’ll settle onto smooth rock platforms to lay out your yoga mat and start with a moment of centering. Here, you’ll focus on breathing and body awareness, accompanied by gentle mantras and the calming scent of the ocean, creating an infusion of energy and tranquility.
The Vinyasa Yoga session features fluid movements synchronized with your breath, moving gradually from gentle static poses to more dynamic sequences. As you practice, your gaze can drift toward the horizon where the sky meets the sea, deepening your sense of peace and connection to nature.
