Montenegro Discovery - Hiking Holiday, 8 days 7 nights

Upon your arrival at Podgorica Airport, you'll be transferred to your hotel in the heart of Žabljak. After settling in, you'll meet your tour leader and fellow group members. The rest of the day is yours to relax and enjoy a delicious dinner.

After breakfast, we'll embark on a journey into the heart of Mount Durmitor, exploring its mystical lakes. We'll start with the famous Crno Jezero, followed by a visit to the enchanting Zminje Jezero and Barno Jezero. The day will be filled with hiking, nature exploration, and a deep dive into the soul of this magical mountain.

Today, we'll answer the call of the dominating peaks of Mount Durmitor. We'll pass by Black Lake, before embarking on a challenging hike to the Bear Peak. After a day of adventure, we'll return to Žabljak, where you can choose to relax in the warm waters of the Black Lake.

Today, we leave the mountains behind and head towards the stunning Adriatic coast. En route, we'll visit the awe-inspiring Ostrog Monastery, a place of exceptional piety. In the afternoon, we'll reach the beautiful town of Perast, where we'll settle down for the next four days in a waterfront hotel.

Today, we'll explore the charming town of Kotor, walking its ancient walls to the St. Ivan Fortress. After exploring Kotor, you'll have free time to wander the town at your own pace. Later, we'll return to Perast and take a boat to the Our Lady of the Rocks, a man-made island with a beautiful church.

Today, we'll venture outside the Bay of Kotor to the Budva Riviera. Starting from the Kosmač Fortress, we'll hike through the beautiful landscapes, reaching the remote St. Spiridon Church. From there, we'll descend to the famous Sveti Stefan island-hotel, where you can refresh yourself in the sea.

Starting from the tiny town of Muo, we'll hike on the Old Austro-Hungarian road, enjoying the smell of the sea and pine trees. After a zig-zag climb, we'll follow a gravel road that follows the mountain ridge, before descending through an enchanted forest back to the shore, reaching the beautiful town of Prčanj.

Our Montenegrin hiking adventure comes to an end today. After breakfast, we'll drive you to either Tivat or Podgorica airport for your departure, carrying with you the memories of an unforgettable journey.
