Great!

Ivan was an amazing local guide. He took us to interesting stops along the lake and explained the history of the region to us. It was nice to have a local take us around for the day. We stopped for an outstanding lunch at Besac, stopped in a local fishing villages and toured a fortress. We stopped by the famous photo spot on the lake for a few pictures. The highlight of the tour was the Mrkan winery. The owners were extremely generous and gave us as much wine as we wanted. We ended up buying some to take home. Overall it was a great experience due to Ivan being our guide. The only downside was there was no wild horses as part of this tour. Calling it a “Safari” is a stretch. The day was also a ton of time in the car driving. I felt like it could have been shortened a bit and focused on the last few stops.
