Our guide (Alex) was excellent! Although the weather was crummy (cold & rainy) we enjoyed learning more about Oslo’s history & culinary options. All of our food stops were great…especially the seafood!

We didn't really know what to expect from Norwegian cuisine when we booked the holiday, so thought this was a great way of getting a taste of everything and understanding it.
Alex, our tour guide, was fantastic, giving so much texture to the city (a great walking compliment to a bus tour guide we did earlier in the day). We got to see so many different parts of it and sample the cuisine with knowledgeable local shops explaining it to us. The Waffles were a particular highlight!
Thanks again! C+L

Also, the history and location specific information you get to learn whole walking from stop to stop is informative and enjoyable. A great way to get to know the city and try some popular local foods. Starts in the City Center and ends in an indoor market where you can try even more foods after the tour.

Alex was very nice and we enjoyed trying the different foods. Our group was just 4 people so we had a great experience.

Took us to some areas where locals hang out which was good. Range of quality food choices bit too much for us, couldn't eat the last option as so full up. Would highly recommend .
