The tour with Catarina through the historic area of Aveiro was very informative. The tour of the Carmelite church was very interesting and the Art Nouveau buildings were beautiful. The trip ended with a boat ride on several canals where we saw other parts of the city. I would recommend this tour.

the walking tour was excellent, the boat trip was just okay. the comment from the boat guide was confusing by speaking Spanish and English and was without any passion or emotion. The walking guide, Catharina, was very enthusiastic and could tell a lot of the history and background . so walking tour: 10/10 boat trip: 5/10
