We took the 2 hour tour from Portimao, and were shuttled from Carvoeiro with a great driver who even took the time to show us some sights along the way. On the boat, Alex and Thiago gave us a great tour filled with great humor (about 4 jokes per sentence), which made the whole experience have a great atmosphere and leave a happy memory to come back to. Oh yeah, and the views are amazing.

The guides were excellent! Our tour from Carvoeiro had to be shifted to Portimao due to the weather however they drove us there and back at no extra cost. For those with motion sickness like me, hang on bc it is a once in a lifetime kind of experience :) you’ll be glad you did it

Simply amazing! Much more than I expected. The boat skipper is extremely good to navigate through the caves in high wave conditions, and humorous too. Tour was supposed to start from Carvoeiro beach but due to rough seas had to start from Portimao. 2hr tour instead of 1.5hr tour at no extra charge. However, I was terribly seasick due to rough sea.

This is my 5th trip with Carvoeiro Caves. We go out with them every time we have guests visiting us here in the Algarve, it’s always the main highlight of their trip.
The captain and guide on the 8 person boats are amazing. So fun and funny, very knowledgeable and above all, safe.
Can’t say enough about them. They take the time to take pictures of everybody in the world famous Benagil cave.
They make extra stops to let everyone get the perfect photos.
They seem to truly delight in making people smile and laugh. What an exceptional treat to go out with this smaller company!

Had a great 90 min boat ride with Daniel and Yuri. We were showed all the natural beauty of the caves and beaches around the area. Places that bigger boats would not be able to enter. Weather was beautiful and we felt safe the whole time out on tour.

Great tour, lots of fun and learned a lot, I have trekked the locations on foot, but to see it from a new perspective was so worth it, and lovely weather thankfully.
2 young men led the tour (unfortunately I cannot remember their names), added a bit humour to the tour, while also kindly taking pictures for passengers as well.

Myself and my daughter had the great opportunity of taking the Carvoeiro caves boat tour, and it was nothing short of spectacular.
