For tours with a meeting point, please arrive 15 minutes before the start time. If you booked hotel pickup, pickup runs between 7:30 and 8:00 (exact time sent the day before). Group sizes may increase without notice and the tour may be bilingual. This activity includes a free Porto walking tour, but availability must be requested in advance. In some areas with restricted access, you may need to meet your guide up to 5 minutes from your accommodation. If you booked pickup and did not provide your location at checkout, you must inform us at least 32 hours before; otherwise you will meet at the designated point. Changes are only possible with more than 48h notice. For children under 8, age must be given in advance as a child seat is mandatory. Without this, the child cannot join. Groups making separate bookings must inform us in advance and with time if they wish to stay together, otherwise we cannot guarantee the same vehicle or group.
