You must pass through airport-style security. There is no refund if you are refused to entry at the security point, or if you are getting late at the meeting point to validate your reservation. This activity includes entry tickets for a guided tour and a reservation fee for the ticket. The organization and the duration of the tour inside is the exclusive responsibility of the Parliament, depending on availability at the moment of the tour, and the tours are usually run by local tour-guides. The ticket is available only at the time spot booked, except the tour time is changed, only if it was validated 15 min before the tour start. For other language different from English, we reserve the right to change the tickets for the English guided tour if no availability confirmed on the day of the tour.
