For kayaking, proper clothing is key to an enjoyable experience. In spring/autumn, we recommend waterproof trousers and a waterproof waist band. In summer, opt for a long-sleeved UV T-shirt and polyester trousers, along with a hat and bug cream. For kayaking, sandals are ideal, and a change of clothes will come in handy after the program.
