Day 1 – Day 1: Edinburgh - Callander - Glencoe - Portree

We commence our journey from Edinburgh, heading west towards the historic town of Callander, with a brief pause to admire the grandeur of Stirling Castle and Doune Castle. Our journey continues north through the scenic Loch Lubnaig and Rannoch Moor, leading us to the breathtaking mountain pass of Glencoe. After a leisurely lunch, we journey past Ben Nevis and into the Great Glen, catching sight of the Five Sisters of Kintail. We then visit the iconic Eilean Donan Castle before crossing the bridge to Skye, taking in the dramatic coastline en route to Portree. We retire for the night at a cosy B&B, such as the Caledonian B&B or similar.

Day two offers a flexible itinerary, tailored to the day's weather, local events, and group preferences. We may explore the geological wonders of the Trotternish Ridge, including the Old Man of Storr and Kilt Rock. Alternatively, we may delve into the local legends and clan culture at Dunvegan Castle, the ancestral home of the Clan MacLeod. We conclude our day in the charming town of Portree, where we spend another night at a comfortable B&B, such as the Caledonian B&B or similar.

On the final day, we journey south through the Cuillin Hills, taking in the stunning views of Loch Duich and the Five Sisters of Kintail. After a relaxing lunch at Loch Ness, we traverse the Grampian mountains along Loch Laggan, known for its association with 'Monarch of the Glen.' We make a brief stop in a quaint Perthshire village for refreshments before passing Dalwhinnie and Blair Castle. Our return trip takes us past Perth, over the Firth of Forth, and back to Edinburgh, concluding our unforgettable Scottish adventure.
