Loch Ness & Highlands Express - 2 days

Our adventure begins in Edinburgh, where we depart at 09:15 from the bus station. As we journey north, we'll pass through the enchanting landscapes of Highland Perthshire. Our morning stop offers flexibility, with options to explore either the charming town of Pitlochry or the historic Dunkeld. Next, we head to Aviemore, a vibrant town renowned for its outdoor activities, where we'll sample local delicacies. A visit to the serene Loch Morlich follows, offering breathtaking views. Our day concludes with a visit to the ancient Clava Cairns near Inverness, famous for its standing stones and ring cairns. We arrive in Inverness for an overnight stay, with accommodation at Dalmore, Pine Guest House, or similar.

After a hearty breakfast in Inverness, we set off for a day of exploration. Our first stop is the legendary Loch Ness, where we enjoy a boat trip and visit the historic Urquhart Castle. Continuing south through the scenic Great Glen, we pass the majestic Ben Nevis on our way to Fort William for a lunch break. The afternoon brings us to the dramatic landscapes of Glencoe, steeped in history and natural beauty. Our journey back to Edinburgh takes us across the wild expanse of Rannoch Moor, transitioning into the gentle Lowland scenery near Stirling. We arrive back in Edinburgh by 19:00, concluding our memorable tour.
