Day 2 – Day 2: Belgrade to Skorenovac via Pancevo

After a leisurely morning exploring Belgrade, we'll embark on a scenic cycle ride to Skorenovac, the southernmost Hungarian settlement in Europe. Our route takes us over the Pancevacki Bridge and along the Danube, before reaching the charming town of Pancevo. From here, we'll navigate local farm roads to reach Skorenovac, where we'll enjoy a traditional Hungarian dinner.

Today's journey takes us through the town of Kovin to the city of Smederevo, home to the famous Smederevo Fortress. This medieval fortress, located at the confluence of the Jezava and Danube rivers, was once the temporary capital of Serbia. After exploring the fortress, we'll cycle back to Skorenovac via the quaint village of Kulic.

Today's cycling adventure takes us through the stunning Nature Park Deliblatska Pescara and along the Danube. We'll cross the river on a simple ferry from Stara Palanka to Ram, before continuing to the famous resort of Srebrno Jezero, where we'll stay for the next two nights.

Today, we'll cycle to the impressive Golubac Fortress before entering the Djerdap National Park. We'll visit Lepenski Vir, a significant archeological site from the Mesolithic period, before continuing our journey to the town of Donji Milanovac.
