We booked this tour for the first night of our break and it was a great introduction to Barcelona. Vincenzo was really knowledgeable about Barcelona and the food and told us lots of stories and historical details. We went back to the market the next day to try a few other things we had gone past and made a few purchases and also went back to the pasticceria that was our last stop. Would definitely recommend.

Our guide did a great job describing not only the regional cuisine we sampled, but also the history of the amazing Gothic Quarter. Great value. Highly recommend.

Excellent tour. I enjoyed the selections of food from markets and small shops, as we made our way through neighborhoods and learned about the history. It was a small group, which meant we could hear and we could get in and out of places without an issue. And it was a relaxed pace. Just what I wanted.

Francisco was great, liked going to the less touristy, more local places. Good to do when first arrived in Barcelona.

Francesco led us on a wonderful tour in Barcelona. We visited two markets and several shops to try traditional foods. He shared anecdotes and history of area along the way. It was a perfect way to spend our day in Barcelona

I recently took this tour with some friends, and since we were the only ones on it, it felt like a private tour. Our guide, Francisco, was absolutely wonderful—warm, friendly, and fun. He made us feel like we were his friends.
We had seven food stops on the tour, and given the reasonable price, I was only expecting small bites at each stop. However, we were pleasantly surprised with excellent tasting portions that left us very full and happy!
What I also loved about this tour was that it gave us a better understanding of Barcelona’s layout and provided great ideas for where to eat and drink throughout our stay. Doing this tour at the beginning of our trip really helped us get our bearings.
I cannot recommend this tour enough—everyone should do it!

this was a very excellent tour, giving an overview of various types of food in Barcelona, including a walk-through one of the local markets that Was so enjoyable. We had about eight tastings ending with dessert, great portions, and they accommodated the vegetarian in our group very easily. Our tour guide was wonderful and informative.
