Upon landing at Malaga airport, collect your rental car and drive to your first accommodation, a 4* hotel in the Malaga area (or similar). Get settled and rest up for the exciting journey ahead.

Begin your journey on the White Villages route, starting with the scenic mountain town of Ronda. Marvel at the 18th-century Puente Nuevo bridge and the city's medieval architecture. Continue to Jerez de la Frontera, a town known for its horse studs, bull farms, and sherry wines. Visit the 11th-century Alcázar, a testament to the Moorish history. Overnight stay in a 3-4* hotel in the Cadiz/Jerez area (or similar).

Spend the morning exploring a sherry cellar or visiting the Spanish Riding School. Drive to the Atlantic coast to El Puerto de Santa María, known for its seafood specialties. Travel to Granada via the Renaissance towns of Úbeda and Baeza, known for their impressive palaces. The route takes you through endless olive groves and the sparsely populated Andalusian hinterland. Spend two nights in a 3-4* hotel in Granada (or similar).

Visit the Alhambra, the royal courts, the Palace of Charles V, and the Generalife, the summer residence of the sultans. Wander through the old quarter of Albayzín and the lively city center. Enjoy lunchtime tapas at a traditional bodega in the city center.
