Private Tour to the Prado and Reina Sofía Museum

So glad we booked this! Allowed our jet lagged family of four (including two teens) to skip VERY long lines at both museums and experience the highlights of their large collections with a thorough explanation of the context. Highly recommend. Maria was wonderful!

This company was reccomended by a friend for their excellent tour of the prado. Our guide Stefi, was phenomenal. Aside from having encylopedic knowledge of art history, spanish history and culture, she understands how to keep you interested and engaged. The prado can be overwhelming, even with a guide, but Stefi managed to convey highlights and hidden gems with ease. She made us feel like we had seen the the best the prado has to offer in a mere 3 hours. When visiting the Reina Sofia, Stefi was able to seamlessly blend together narratives of art and history in explaining the origins and impact of Pablo Picasso's Guernica. She also directed us to a delicious lunch spot. When in Madrid, ask for Stefi.

It was extremely useful having a knowledgeable guide because the museums have large collections so with limited time being shown the highlights by a knowledgeable guide who knew about the works was invaluable . Highly recommended !
