During peak season and depending on ticket availability, the meeting time of this tour can vary up to 15 minutes before or after the scheduled time. If you are not in possession of the document which details were provided at the time of booking the Alcázar management will deny access to the monument. Only original documents are accepted, no photocopies or pictures. If you leave the monument complex, you will not be allowed to re-enter, as tickets are only used for a specific time. All visitors must pass through airport-style security with bag scanned. We pre-purchase tickets and skip the ticket office line but there might be some waiting at the entrance due to id and security controls. Please note that due to heavy wind or rain alert the Alcázar management can close the palace gardens for security reasons. Also there might be some areas closed to the public due to restorations, official use of the palace or safety reasons. This tour will take place rain or shine.
