Changes and cancellations: - Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the activity. - In case of closure of the canyon for reasons beyond our control (adverse weather or other reasons): *If the closure occurs the days before the activity, we will contact customers as soon as possible (via email and whatsapp) to propose an alternative date if possible or otherwise the refund will be made. *If the closure occurs on the same day of the activity, an alternative hiking route will be organized, which will include transportation back to Los Gigantes and a lunch tasting of Canarian products. The duration of the alternative activity may be longer than the original activity. The amount of the excursion will not be refunded.
